Site Work

The Dosch King Company has serviced the commercial and maintenance marketplaces for the past 50 years. Most recently, we finished site improvements at the Crane's Mill Assisted Living Facility in West Caldwell, NJ. Below are some pictures detailing the work involved in that project.

Crackfilling

	The Birth and Maturity of a Crack. Crack Sealing will deter water from starting its destructive process. Cracks are influenced by temperature, traffic, and flexibility.
	Crack sealing various types of surface defects will help make a pavement impervious to water. Extensive cracks may require more than routine maintenance. However, the use of a crack sealing program is a major step in pavement rehabilitation, and can dramatically increase pavement life.
